Room 6 has been learning to write persuasively about different topics this term.
We learned about layout, paragraphing, emotive language and how to state our opinions.
Our latest effort is to convince people that we need to save water before this precious resource runs out.
People waste learn to much water. So i think that we should learn ways to save water.
ReplyDeleteFirstly i believe we waste too much water .When we leave the taps on so I think when we see a tap running we should turn them off. A small drip can waste as much as 4 litres a day.
Secondly,I believe we waste to much water having 30 minute showers.I think we should have five minute showers every time.A shower takes 100-200 litres of water to take one shower!
Thirdly I believe we waste way too much water when you have a drink you only use half of what you put in your cup so put in water to fill half a cup. Other wise there will be not much more fresh clean water left in the world because it is only 3% of clean water left in the whole world.
So I think we waste too much water so you should fill your cup up only half up.
